Existing Contracts Assessment

Often, we have found that many contracts between vendors and various government agencies do not fulfill the original intended objectives.  Furthermore, it has often been the case that a particular vendor has signed multiple contracts with various agencies to provide similar services, but with different terms.  Many jurisdictions do not have methodologies or processes in place to determine whether a particular vendor has multiple contracts within that jurisdiction leading to a multiplication of administrative efforts as well as lost opportunities to negotiate more favorable terms based upon the volume of work.
 
WhysSolutions will work with you to help determine which contracts might benefit from a review, and what kind of a review would be the most appropriate.  The next step would be the review, followed by a report and a strategy for your consideration.  In effect, a "focused" inventory review of your current contracts.  The final step would be the implementation of that strategy.
