The purpose of this last category is meant to convey WhysSolutions' willingness to take on projects that may not necessarily fit perfectly into the aforementioned specific areas of expertise. Most projects can be addressed by applying the fundamentals of Project Management, however, we are well aware of the significant role that particular knowledge and/or experience can play in order to ensure success on certain projects. This is where Rigby Price plays an important role. In the event an area of knowledge or expertise is needed that we do not possess, we will expand our team with resources from the Rigby Price Consortium - or beyond. As an example, WhysSolutions teamed with a West Coast firm to do an interoperability audit for a local quasi-government organization. The focus was to assess the interoperability and survivability of communications systems of and between Police, Fire, EMS, PSAP, etc., of and between approximately 40 communities. Although WhysSolutions had not participated in such a project in the past, and were certainly not Radio specialists, we were ably to create value by teaming our expertise with two other firms that had the additional necessary knowledge, expertise and experience.
